Van Buren, a future development site, currently includes nearly 2 acres of surface parking and 8,000 SF of retail space located in the affluent and historic Germantown neighborhood. Van Buren is located one block north of the planned pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River, which will allow easy connectivity to Nashville’s Central Business District (CBD), the urban Greenway system, and Nashville’s River North District, the future home of Oracle.
