Hall Emery was formed in 2017 with two of Nashville’s best known real estate developers, Pat Emery and David Wells in partnership with Oklahoma based Hall Capital, a family-owned private investment firm. This launch expands a relationship that started years ago when Pat and Dave helped Hall Capital buy a small Music Row office building. Since then, this powerhouse partnership brings a combined operation of up to 30 employees and 30+ years of experience in development.
Hall Emery focuses on acquiring and developing office, multi-family residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets throughout the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.
